Jian Li, Ph.D.
Founder, We Connect to China, LLC

Jian LiEducated in China, Canada and the United States, Dr. Li holds a Ph.D. degree in Anthropology. Over the last five years, she has successfully designed and delivered courses on improving communication effectiveness between Chinese and Westerners. She also provides one -on -one lessons on Chinese language and culture.

Combining her strength as a bilingual, bicultural anthropologist with her partners' experiences of over 12 years of corporate training, Jian and her partners developed and conducted highly informative and interactive "Doing Business in China" seminars and workshops.

Vicki Hart Vicki Hart is a global organizational development and leadership executive. She works as a trusted advisor, consultant and operations manager in Fortune 500 companies where she designs and leads large-scale change management, talent management and leadership development programs.

Vicki?s international experience includes working and living in Japan and Singapore for 7 years and delivering seminars on leadership development and culture change in China, Japan and Greece. She is a published and credentialed executive coach and holds master's degrees in Organizational Management and Social Work and a BA in Psychology.

Bert Olson

Bert Olson Bert Olson is a senior executive with over 40 years experience in international business. He has lived and worked in Europe and Australia. He has transacted business in over 40 countries.

Olson led the US delegation to the first China Air-conditioning / Refrigeration show in 1987. Currently Bert is a Principal with International Business Group LLC.

Bert credits a great deal of his success to his ability to understand and adapt to the cultural sensitivity of others

Edward Retta
Partner for Doing Business in China Program

Edward RettaEdward Retta has lived, worked and traveled in 40 countries. Educated in the USA and in the UK, he holds an MA in Cross-Cultural Ministry and a BS in Psychology and Management.

Retta spent his early career in corporate America in engineering and manufacturing.

Retta has published numerous articles on cross cultural business practices. He has provided acclaimed training and consulting to companies in Europe, Africa and the Americas.

Cynthia BrinkCynthia is a bilingual intercultural trainer with a background in marketing and operations.

As Senior Account Executive for Business Horizons magazine, she published international editorial profiles.

Cynthia also lived and taught at the Universidad Autonoma de Campeche, Mexico.

Cynthia has given professional presentations to peers on the subjects of emerging Gen X leaders and multinational teams at SIETAR international conferences.
